The platform allows you to locate your pet in seconds and track their activity and historical routes on your mobile device, or set designated areas (called geofences) that if your pet escapes from you will alert you immediately.

Yes, you can invite your family members, friends, and other to view your pet’s location and activity.
Give them your Account ID and password to login. Multiple individuals can access your pet's location at the same time.
Visit your pet's profile to send them an invitation to the free diggyTracker app and platform.
At the end of the subscription, you can provide a new payment and continue using the platform. If you choose not to continue, data from your account will be deleted after six months.

Yes, any GPS device uses a 2G/3G network and this requires a SIM card to install inside the device itself and a mobile subscription with your carrier. This allows you to track your pets location almost anywhere they may go.
Absolutely no, you do not need to download any app from the Apple Store or Google Marketplace. The diggyTracker app is PWA (Progressive Web Application).
